Our Mission: Troy Community Works! serves to enhance the long term well-being and livability of the City of Troy through a collaborative approach to sustainable community development. We support this mission through our 3 Pillars of Community Development.

What Is a CDC?: Community Development Corporations (CDC) are a way for communities to root capital, generate revenues, and recirculate money locally by focusing primarily on housing issues, but also on block organizing, preservation issues, social/demographic research, and economic development.
