TCW is pleased to offer to all Miami County residents Homeowner & Foreclosure Counseling. If you are facing foreclosure or are only in the beginning stages of delinquency, we can help.
What Can You Do?:
1. Call the Homeowners Center (866.956.9516) or our TCW office (937.339.1014) to schedule an appointment with a HUD certified housing counselor. Be sure to ask for the Troy office. In the meantime, contact your lender's loan service department and tell them you are getting counseling.
2. At your appointment your specific case will be examined for the best possible solution. You will need to bring detailed financial data. Some possible solutions could be:
3. If Foreclosure is unavoidable we can help you make the transition with dignity and help to preserve your credit. We can also help you find services that will lay out a future financial plan.

The Homeowner/Foreclosure Counseling Center operates through generous grants from the general fund of the Troy Foundation and United Way of Troy. We work in partnership with the Greater Dayton Homeownership Center, the Miami County Courts, and the Miami County Bar Association.
